The Embassy has received from forty-seven Soviet citizens coies of the information bulletin of the Ukrainian Central Li . eraton Council (Ukrainskoi Golovnoi Vizvolnoi •ladi) which had been sent to them through international mail from private
addresses in the US (New York, ChicaLo l 2uffale, and Clevelene,).
In some ten cases the Soviet citizens have sent covering noLcs to the ::mbassy or made available
comments on the bulletin protestinc is contents and condemning
